A series of artwork exploring a combination of my art style with traditional Oirat patterns, colours, and motifs. I wanted to create art reflecting the weight of the mantras that have been buzzing about in my head, the kind that keep me going through the dark winters of the mind. I have been drawn to themes of decolonisation, heritage, pain and resilience and include here several artworks in this series beginning in 2023.
