A nonfiction comic about the Soviet Union deportation of Kalmyks, the ethnic minority group my family are a part of, eighty years ago. This event set into motion years of migration and exile for many thousands of people. Written, designed and illustrated with Procreate and Photoshop by myself. With thanks to Dr. Elvira Churyumova.
